1-1 Pilates

One of the best ways to start learning Pilates is on a 1-1 basis, this way you can learn all of the Pilates basics in a thorough way before joining classes. Any issues with your body and health can also be taken into account and you can be shown how to adapt movements for you.

I highly recommend a 1-1 session to induct you before jumping into classes with us.

If you have a specific issue that you want to work on in your body then Priya is highly experienced and able to design exercises for you to work on with her and then take away to use at home.

Prices 1:1 mat pilates: (studio discounts given if you already pay for monthly classes)

1-2-1 session 30 minutes £35

1-2-1  session 45 minutes £47

Block booking:

4 x 1-2-1 sessions (45 minutes) for £180 

NB: Studio price is available to those who pay monthly membership for classes already.
