With online classes you want your own equipment at home that is good quality but doesn’t cost the earth so here are some recommendations.

For our classes you will need as a minimum a mat and a resistance band plus socks!

Medium resistance band great for stretching.
These soft pilates balls are so popular in classes.
These are the ones we use the in studio, the best!
These loops are fab for glut strengthening.
Foam rollers are fabulous for massage and core work.
Choose a thick mat for maximum comfort.
We use these in our pregnancy classes.
Light resistance bands are good for remedial work.
Pilates head mat for neck alignment and support.
