Pilates Classes

Our Pilates Classes are run as small hybrid classes which means they are taught both in-studio and online, at the same time. This gives you the option of coming in person or joining in with a class from the comfort of your own home. Some classes are recorded as well, for you to do in your own time, so you can do more than one a week for the same price!

All our classes are listed below. Get in touch when you find a day and time that suits you, for a class that best fits your level – we offer a range of classes from postnatal/gentle rehab, mixed ability, up to intermediate/advanced groups.

Priya from Pilates with Priya

Priya

Priya started out as a fitness instructor at the gym, taking up teaching whilst also training to become a dietitian. Pilates was not something she ever thought she would train in but she had her arm twisted and has never looked back. Priya’s favourite form of Pilates is the reformer (you can book 1-1 sessions with her) and she also is trained in sports massage too. A lover of cooking you will often find her in the kitchen or running away from her 3 children!

Alex from Pilates with Priya

Alex

Alex started Pilates due to her chronic back pain, that is actually how we met. She started coming to classes and after almost 10 yrs decided to train as a teacher. I’m now super lucky to have her teach at the studio. Alex is so passionate about Pilates and loves a bit of oblique action! She is also an archaeologist and adores cute cat pics!

Maria from Pilates with Priya

Maria

With a background in ballet and a YMCA Pilates diploma, I’ve dedicated myself to blending the grace of dance with the precision of Pilates, with a particular focus on core strengthening and posture improvement. In our sessions we’ll explore the transformative power of mindful movement, helping you to build a strong, resilient core, improve posture, and enhance overall strength, flexibi8lity and inner harmony.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people are in a class?

We take no more than 6 in the studio (spaces must be pre-booked) and up to 12 in a hybrid class. This enables the teachers to get to know all the bodies and really keep an eye on your technique

Please wear clothes you are comfortable in and can move in. It really does not matter if you are in your best Lululemon or Sweaty Betty matching outfit or your comfy joggers, all are welcome!
