During the Coronovirus/lockdown period Pilates with Priya has moved to online classes. Some classes are available in studio too with limited slots that must be booked in advance.
This means that you can still attend your weekly Pilates class, have that much needed movement and relaxation time plus see the others in your class.
Classes are being taught in 3 ways:
- Everyone is in a set class, these classes are being taught via Zoom which means your teacher can see you and correct you and you can see everyone else. It’s a lovely way to stay connected.
- Each class is also live streamed in our Studio members only Facebook group so if you do not like Zoom you can view it there. This also means you can do more than your one class a week as you can join in with some others!
- You can come in person if you pre-book a space and we are not in Lockdown.
As many classes as possible are also being saved in the facebook group and uploaded to the membership portal. If you pay for monthly studio membership you get access to this portal for free.

Holistic Core Restore courses are also being taught online and this has been working really well. The next course will start in January and you can book now.
