We had great fun using the ball to enhance and correct alignment in a number of the exercises we usually do. I think everyone was quite surprised at how such a small piece of equipment makes such a difference to how an exercise feels and to its level of difficulty. \u00a0Personally I found it a lot harder using the ball and my hip flexor especially are already feeling the difference!
