This gives you the option of coming in person or joining in with a class from the comfort of your own home. Some classes are recorded as well, for you to do in your own time, so you can do more than one a week for the same price!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All our classes are listed below. Pilates was not something she ever thought she would train in but she had her arm twisted and has never looked back. Priya\u2019s favourite form of Pilates is the reformer (you can book 1-1 sessions with her) and she also is trained in sports massage too. Plus it helps our teachers to plan a class that suits you.
