Specialist in pre\/postnatal Pilates she is becoming known as the person to go to for specialist support in Pregnancy, SPD, Pelvic Girdle Pain, C-Section Recovery, and for fixing Abdominal Separation (Diastasis Recti).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Priya is also as a registered <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dietitianuk.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dietitian<\/a>. Her love of fitness classes goes hand in hand with her lifestyle of educating people on good nutrition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Priya runs a busy home and online studio. Providing beginners classes, mixed ability classes, advanced sessions, one to one reformer sessions and her expert pre\/postnatal classes. Plus running the flagship Holistic Core Restore\u00ae courses. These are for pelvic floor rehabilitation, c section recovery and diastasis rehab too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2014 Priya was one of 4 finalists for the Fit Pro Award of Excellence, a national prestigious fitness award. Pilates with Priya was also a finalist in 2014 for 2 Venus Awards: Customer Service and Small Business. When it all goes wrong Priya&#8217;s top tip, laugh! Its meant to be fun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Push yourself to a level that you are working hard, but not so you are working too hard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Look after yourself with exercise, healthy food and include that much needed rest time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.
