Everywoman Weeks 7-12

So you’ve done the first 6 weeks of the Everywoman course and LOVED it! It is such a beauty of a course. You get all those videos to keep for life, which I think makes it fabulous value. However there is more… if you know there is more that you could be progressing with and more improvements to make then please, please keep going. Your body is totally worth working on to keep you strong and functional for life.

Yes, you can totally use the videos you have, but it is all about progression, getting your pelvic floor and body to the next stages. I wouldn’t say that it gets harder, it is a different mix of exercises to help your body adapt and continue to strengthen. So do not feel you won’t be able to do it, I promise you will, plus I am still here to help with questions, to post videos to help and whatever is needed. So I’d encourage you to book onto the next 6 week phase, if you haven’t already.
