Athlete 12 is aimed at getting you fitter, functional and ready to take on the world. Do not fear you DO NOT NEED TO BE AN ATHLETE!
This is the course you need if you want to get back to exercise such as running, or you have put in the pelvic floor and core basics but need that next step to enable you to build up and do it safely. It is not Pilates, but functional fitness, the perfect compliment to it.
Who is this for:
This programme is suitable for women who have their ‘foundations’ already in place, that have connection to their core and pelvic floor, and want to take their fitness to the next level. Anyone who wants to get fitter and doesn’t have a condition such as diastasis recti or a weak pelvic floor (if you do then head over to book onto the Everywoman course.
It is suitable for women who want to workout from the comfort of their own home at a time to suit them, it’s great for women who have children as it gives you the flexibility to workout when you choose! Trust me I know all about this with 3 children, I exercise with them, around them or after they are in bed.
Ultimately Athlete 12 is for women who want to be motivated, challenged and supported in developing strength, power and fitness.
If you have done the Everywoman course then this is the perfect next step. If you have been doing Pilates with us for a while and want something more sweaty, yet still functional movement then this is for you too. If you need a new challenge and workouts that you do at home then step this way.
What is it?
This is 12 weeks of focusing on your body. Nourishing your body with fabulous nutrition and working hard with functional movement but not punishing your body. There is nutrition advice and exercise all delivered to your inbox. You will need to have some basic exercise equipment to hand.

Doors will close 1 week earlier to enable equipment to be bought and the pre-work to be done.
You will be put into a whatsapp group so you can chat to the others doing the course and a facebook group so that live videos and extras can be shared. This is as interactive as you make it, it can be so helpful to do these things with a supportive community.
- You will complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this programme.
- This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will meet with myself virtually once a week (live or watch in your own time) and complete your additional ‘weekly delivered’ online home workout from course creator Jenny Burrell. So you get the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks!
- The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks. This involves a fitness test and logging your start point measurements. Which gives you something to measure against.
- Filmed Workout/Tips/Nutrition Via FB Group every week.
- Week 1: Prep Week and Fitness Test
Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4 = Phase 1 – Static-ish
Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 = Phase 2 – Dynamic
Weeks 9, 10 and 11 = Phase 3 – Badass!
Week 12: Summary Week, Revaluation and Fitness Test
