The Holistic Core Restore® programmes were created for Women who are ready to take charge of not only their Pelvic and Core Health but also their total wellbeing. Women who are ready to invest in preventative strategies and deep restorative strategies as they go through their life phases knowing that ‘self-care’ is the greatest gift any woman can give to herself.

The Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman 2.0 course

Enjoy 6 -12 weeks of care, support, guidance via your highly educated and dedicated Coach that is guaranteed to ‘bring you back home’ to your precious body.  We’ve been supporting women and transforming lives with this programme since 2013 and now it’s EVEN BETTER in this updated version of the programme. It includes more release and relax moves in light of the number of women suffering with a hypertonic pelvic floor. Plus an athletic part of the programme you can move onto for the next 6 weeks if you choose to.

This isn’t a ONE SIZE FITS ALL, self-guided programme. You are expertly guided by me and all movements can and will be made bespoke to your needs as necessary.

A 6 or 12 Week Pelvic Floor + Core Re-Connection + Restoration Programme for EVERYWOMAN.

The programme is split into two phases; for the first 6 weeks you will attend weekly sessions with a  focus on reconnecting with your pelvic floor and mastering the exercises There is a homework portal showing you exercises to do at home and support between sessions so this is very much not just a once a week class. Then,  for the second 6 weeks the programme will move online to the more athletic focus, that focuses on helping you integrate core and pelvic floor exercise into your everyday life. This second phase is optional but comes highly recommended if you want to continue to build on your foundation.

Next Groups Session Dates

Mondays 7.30-8.30pm, starting 4th September this course will run as a hybrid class, meaning you can attend over Zoom on in the studio, making it convenient to attend if you are not local.

Running this course on Zoom really does work! This means you do not have to be local to me to attend. I have been using Zoom to deliver this course since March 2022 with great results.

You will get:

  • An online health screening to see if the programme is right for you, if it is not right for you currently, I will sign point you to where to go first.
  • 6 x 60 minute sessions including releases, downtraining, posture work, functional movement and education. These sessions are also places you can talk about all the issues in your body that you can’t normally share about, the studio is a safe place.
  • Access to the online platform for homework for 1 year plus downloadable crib sheets you can keep for life. You will be asked to do your homework 4-5 times a week for 10-20 minutes.
  • Support between each sessions via a WhatsApp group to keep you on track and for your group to encourage each other and stay accountable.
